SIGNATURE ENTREES

 

All entrees include your choice of a traditional Caesar, house salad, or one of our homemade soups. Excluding Fajitas

 

FILET MIGNON

An 8 oz. choice center cut Filet Mignon, lightly seasoned and grilled to perfection.

Topped with demi-glaze steak sauce and served with smashed potatoes and vegetables.

 

"PRIME" RIB EYE

A 16 oz. garlic encrusted Prime cut rib eye, seasoned & grilled to perfection. Served with smashed potatoes and vegetables.  

 

MEDITERRANEAN CHICKEN

A 10 oz. chicken breast marinated in Mediterranean dressing and broiled. Served with wild rice and steamed vegetables.

 

JUMBO STUFFED PRAWNS

Three extra large prawns, stuffed with crab meat and covered with a layer of Provolone cheese, then topped with a light lemon sauce.

Served with vegetables and wild rice.  

 

FAJITAS

Your choice of marinated chicken, steak or a combination of both. Prepared with grilled onions and green peppers, served on a sizzling skillet. Sour cream, guacamole, lettuce, diced tomatoes, Cheddar cheese and flour tortillas served as compliments. Build your own!

SEAFOOD DIABLO

A combination of gulf shrimp, large chunks of crab and a lobster tail, sautéed in a spicy tomato cream sauce.

Served over a bed of Capellini pasta.  

 

SHRIMP ALFREDO

Tender gulf shrimp sautéed with garlic, shallots, mushrooms, Basil and pine nuts in a creamy Alfredo sauce. Served atop a bed of Capellini pasta.

 

BLACKENED CAJUN CHICKEN PASTA

Capellini pasta smothered in a pesto cream sauce, Italian herbs and Parmesan cheese. Topped with a blackened chicken breast.  

 

CHEESE RAVIOLI

Cheese stuffed ravioli, smothered in our own blush sauce, the perfect blend of Marinara and Alfredo.  

 

WPH PASTA

Capellini pasta sautéed with extra virgin olive oil, spinach, Basil, pine nuts, Marinara sauce and Romano cheese. Topped with Roma tomatoes.
