 APPETIZERS

 

 

BACON WRAPPED SCALLOPS

A generous portion of jumbo clear water scallops, wrapped in Cherrywood smoked bacon.  Sautéed to perfection.

 

BUFFALO WINGS

Chicken wings and drummettes, marinated in hot wing sauce, and deep fried. Served with celery sticks.

 

SHRIMP AND MUSHROOMS

Tender gulf shrimp and wild mushrooms sautéed in a garlic cream sauce, topped with diced Roma tomatoes and chives. 

 

QUESADILLAS

Corn tortillas stuffed with melted Jack and Cheddar cheeses, grilled onions, green peppers, and your choice of steak or chicken.

Garnished with lettuce, Pico de Gallo, sour cream and guacamole.

Fresh salad mix tossed in a Red Wine Roasted Garlic Vinaigrette dressing. 

Topped with sesame seeds, chives and a grilled chicken breast.

 

CHICKEN FAJITA SALAD

Fresh mixed greens tossed in creamy Ranch dressing, topped with Jack cheese, chives, sautéed onions and green pepper.

STEAK FAJITA SALAD

Fresh mixed greens tossed in creamy Ranch dressing, topped with Jack cheese, chives, sautéed onions and green pepper.

COMBO FAJITA SALAD

Fresh mixed greens tossed in creamy Ranch dressing, topped with Jack cheese, chives, sautéed onions and green pepper.

All sandwiches are served with French fries and a pickle spear, unless noted. 

 

 

BLACKENED TUNA SANDWICH

Fresh Hawaiian tuna steak blackened and cooked to medium rare.  Topped with Jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onion and Ranch dressing.

 

 

PLAIN CHICKEN BREAST SANDWICH

Chicken Breast grilled to perfection. Topped with your choice of lettuce, tomato and onion.

 

 

NAME-YOUR-OWN BURGER

An all natural beef patty grilled to perfection and prepared with your choice of three (3) of the following items: 

American, Cheddar, Jack, Provolone or Swiss cheeses, mushrooms, grilled onions, bacon, black olives or green peppers.

 

ENTREES 

 

All entrees include your choice of traditional Caesar, house salad or one of our 7 homemade soups.

 

 

Fresh Catch of the Day  

Your choice of two fresh fish selections from the Hawaiian Islands. Ask your server for details on the preparation of each fish. 

 

MEDITERRANEAN CHICKEN

A 10 oz. chicken breast broiled to perfection and served with fresh steamed vegetables.

 

FILET MIGNON

An 8 oz. choice center cut Filet Mignon, lightly seasoned and grilled to perfection. Served with fresh steamed vegetables.

 

NEW YORK STRIP STEAK

Lightly seasoned 14 oz. Choice center cut strip steak grilled to perfection. Served with fresh steamed vegetables.

 

“PRIME” RIB EYE

A 20 oz. Prime cut rib eye, seasoned and grilled to perfection. Served with fresh steamed vegetables.

 

RIBS

A three pound slab of baby back pork ribs. Served with French fries. (Half slab available).

 

SEAFOOD DIABLO

A combination of gulf shrimp, large chunks of crab and a lobster tail, sautéed in a spicy tomato cream sauce.  Served over a bed of Capellini pasta.

 

GRILLED HALIBUT

Sushi grade Halibut filet grilled to perfection.  Garnished with roasted red pepper.  Served with fresh steamed vegetables.

 

GRILLED SALMON

Sushi grade Salmon tenderloin. Served with fresh steamed vegetables.

Friday & Saturday evenings after 5 p.m. (limited quantities available)

All natural Prime Rib encrusted with a garlic and peppercorn butter,

slow roasted to perfection. Served with garlic smashed potatoes, Au Jus and fresh steamed vegetables.
