FILET MIGNON

An 8 oz. choice center cut Filet Mignon, lightly seasoned and grilled to perfection.

Topped with demi-glaze steak sauce and served with smashed potatoes and vegetables.

 

"PRIME" BLEU CHEESE RIB EYE

A 20 oz. Prime cut rib eye, seasoned & grilled to perfection, topped with melted Bleu cheese. Served with smashed potatoes and vegetables.  

 

NEW YORK STRIP STEAK

Lightly seasoned 14 oz. Choice center cut strip steak grilled to perfection. Served with smashed potatoes and vegetables.  

 

MEDITERRANEAN CHICKEN

A 10 oz. chicken breast marinated in Mediterranean dressing and broiled. Served with wild rice and steamed vegetables.

 

BBQ RIB & CHICKEN COMBO

The perfect combination of BBQ, 1/2 a slab of WPH ribs and a chicken breast topped with Cheddar cheese, bacon and grilled onions.

Served with your choice of fries or smashed potatoes.

 

RIBS

A three pound slab of baby back pork ribs, smothered in our special BBQ sauce. Served with your choice of smashed potatoes or French fries.

 

 JUMBO STUFFED PRAWNS

Three extra large prawns, stuffed with crab meat and covered with a layer of Provolone cheese, then topped with a light lemon sauce.

Served with vegetables and wild rice.  

 

GRILLED HALIBUT

Sushi grade Halibut filet grilled to perfection. Served with Chipotle cream sauce, garnished with roasted red pepper.

Served with wild rice and fresh steamed vegetables.

 

GRILLED SALMON

Sushi grade Salmon tenderloin covered with a pecan sauce. Served with wild rice and fresh steamed vegetables.  

 

FAJITAS

Your choice of marinated chicken, steak or a combination of both. Prepared with grilled onions and green peppers, served on a sizzling skillet. Sour cream, guacamole, lettuce, diced tomatoes, Cheddar cheese and flour tortillas served as compliments. Build your own!

SEAFOOD DIABLO

A combination of gulf shrimp, large chunks of crab and a lobster tail, sautéed in a spicy tomato cream sauce.

Served over a bed of Capellini pasta.  

 

VEAL SALTIMBOCCA

Lightly breaded Veal, sautéed and garnished with Prosciutto, Mozzarella cheese, topped off with a garlic cream sauce. Served with a side of vegetables and Linguine noodles in a garlic cream sauce.  

 

SHRIMP ALFREDO

Tender gulf shrimp sautéed with garlic, shallots, mushrooms, Basil and pine nuts in a creamy Alfredo sauce. Served atop a bed of Capellini pasta.

 

BLACKENED CAJUN CHICKEN PASTA

Capellini pasta smothered in a pesto cream sauce, Italian herbs and Parmesan cheese. Topped with a blackened chicken breast.  

 

CHEESE RAVIOLI

Cheese stuffed ravioli, smothered in our own blush sauce, the perfect blend of Marinara and Alfredo.  

 

LASAGNA

Lasagna stuffed with Ricotta, Italian sausage, Parmesan and Mozzarella cheeses. Topped with our own Marinara sauce.  

 

WPH PASTA

Capellini pasta sautéed with extra virgin olive oil, spinach, Basil, pine nuts, Marinara sauce and Romano cheese. Topped with Roma tomatoes.  

 

GORGONZOLA STUFFED GNOCCHI

A light potato gnocchi, stuffed with Gorgonzola cheese, served in a Blush sauce.
