Flautas
Seasoned shredded chicken and Jack cheese wrapped in corn tortillas, fried to a golden brown, topped with shredded lettuce,
Pico De Gallo, sour cream and avocado.
Served with a tomatillo salsa.
Steak & Chicken Satay
Marinated steak and chicken skewers grilled to perfection.
Served with a spicy Thai Peanut dipping sauce.
FRESH SALADS
Caesar Wedge
Classic Caesar dressing over Artesian Romaine lettuce and topped with bacon, anchovies,
shredded Parmesan and croutons. Placed with cherry tomatoes, fresh Basil and Mozzarella, drizzled with a garlic Basil dressing.
Winter Spinach Salad
Fresh baby Spinach tossed with Honey Crisp apples, red grapes, dried cherries, Bleu cheese and toasted pecans,
tossed in a homemade Cherry Vinaigrette dressing.
SANDWICHES
All sandwiches are served with French fries and a pickle spear, unless noted.
Kobe Beef Skirt Steak Tacos
Lightly seasoned Kobe skirt steak, grilled to order. Topped with shredded lettuce, red onion and cilantro.
Served with Jack cheese, Pico de Gallo, fresh avocado, sour cream, house salsa, Chipotle Ranch and a side of Spanish rice.
Grilled Veggie Sandwich
A combination of zucchini, squash, red peppers and mushrooms, topped with Mozzarella cheese, red onions and Mediterranean dressing.
Served on top of Ciabatta bread.
Fresh Catch of the Day
Ask your server for our fresh catch of the day. Broiled or blackened and topped with Jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and Chipotle Ranch.
Served on a whole wheat bun.
Fish Tacos
Four white corn tortillas filled with our Fresh Catch of the day, topped with shredded lettuce, red onions
and Cilantro. Served with Jack cheese, Pico de Gallo, fresh avocado, sour cream, house salsa, Chipotle Ranch and a side of Spanish rice.
Choice of sautéed or Baja style.

All entrees include your choice of traditional Caesar, house salad or one of our 8 homemade soups.
Fresh Catch of the Day
Your choice of two fresh fish selections from the Hawaiian Islands. Ask your server for details on the preparation of each fish.
Pork Tenderloin Vesuvio Pork Tenderloin, broiled and sautéed with garlic, green peas, oregano, lemon juice, white wine, Olive oil and parsley. Served with fresh steamed vegetables and roasted vesuvio potatoes.
