**Currently, breakfast is only available every Sunday @ the Crystal Lake location,
starting @ 9am with lunch beginning @ 12pm.

 

 

Tenderloin Benedict

Beef tenderloin medallions over toasted English muffins topped with  poached eggs and Hollandaise sauce.

 

Lobster Benedict

Butter poached lobster over toasted English muffins topped  with poached eggs and Hollandaise sauce.

 

Crab Cake Benedict

Two homemade lump crab cakes over toasted English muffins topped with poached eggs and Hollandaise sauce.

 

Caramel French Toast

Thick cut brioche bread soaked in a caramel custard and cooked to a golden brown and caramelized.

Served with our house Maple butter.

 

Crème Brulèe French Toast

Thick cut brioche bread soaked in a rich vanilla or almond custard and cooked to a golden brown and caramelized.

Pancakes

Three homemade buttermilk pancakes with a side of our warm Maple butter.

*add blueberries, strawberries or chocolate chips.

 

Pumpkin Pancakes

Three homemade pumpkin buttermilk pancakes topped with powdered sugar and a side of our warm Maple butter.

 

Waffle

A large homemade Belgium waffle served with a side with our warm Maple butter, whipped cream and powdered sugar

Corned Beef Hash

Like no other, homemade corned beef with grilled onions and potatoes. Topped with two eggs your way and your choice of bread.

 

Biscuits and Gravy

Homemade biscuits topped with a sausage patty and our traditional gravy.

  

Croissant Sandwiches

Eggs your way, Monterey Jack cheese and your choice of sausage, bacon  or grilled vegetables. 

 

Name Your Own Breakfast

Three eggs your way, bacon or sausage, choice of potatoes and your choice of bread. 

 

 

Omelets/Skillets

 Served with hash browns or home fries and your choice of bread

Bread choices: white, wheat, marble rye or an English muffin

 

 

Southwest

Chorizo, cilantro, Pico de Gallo, Queso Fresco cheese, avocado and served with a side of salsa, tortillas and a Chipotle Pepper.

 

Steak

Skirt steak, mushrooms, onions, green peppers and topped with Monterey Jack cheese.

 

Cheese

Three eggs with your choice of American, Monterey Jack, Provolone, or Swiss cheese.

 

Veggie

 Green peppers, tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, broccoli and topped with  Provolone cheese.

 

The Works

 Your choice of three eggs, 2 pieces of bacon, a sausage patty, and two biscuits with gravy.

 

Garbage

Bacon, sausage, Chorizo, onions, green peppers, tomatoes and topped with Monterey Jack, Cheddar and American cheese.

 

Fajita

Skirt steak, green peppers, onions, tomatoes, topped with Cheddar cheese and served with a side of salsa.
